Dave’s expertise is small business finance and the management of smaller organizations, particularly those with a social mission. Dave spent a dozen years at South Shore Bank in Chicago, starting as a commercial lender and ending as CEO. He then founded SB Partners Capital Fund, a private equity fund focused on companies operated by ethnic minorities and women. Dave now is the owner of Reliable Water Services, a leasing company with offices in Milwaukee and Indianapolis.

Dave has served on numerous boards of directors, of both for and non-profit companies. He is a graduate of Harvard College and received his MBA from Yale University. Dave is married to Kris Manos; their children are grown and live too far away.
