Gillian Darlow is Chief Executive Officer of Polk Bros. Foundation, which focuses its work at the intersection of Chicago’s most pressing issues to address the complex roots and devastating effects of poverty and inequity. She is co-founder of the Partnership for Safe and Peaceful Communities and serves on several nonprofit and civic boards. Previously, Gillian held leadership positions with education, arts, civic, and economic development organizations throughout the country. She holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, an MA in education from the Stanford Graduate School of Education, and a BA in psychology from Harvard University.
