Jose leads strategic investments in capital projects that drive economic growth, enhance educational opportunities and support neighborhood revitalization across Chicago’s South and West Sides, with a particular emphasis on the Englewood and Little Village communities. Since 2022, the portfolio has invested over $21 million to support initiatives delivering high-quality programming for youth and families, creating jobs and entrepreneurial opportunities and supporting early-childhood education.

Jose previously served on the Arrupe College Board of Directors, as Chair of the Old St. Mary’s School Board, and as Vice Chair of the Advocate Bethany Community Fund board. Jose is a Leadership Greater Chicago, 2013 Fellow, and currently serves as President of the Sheridan McGuane Youth Baseball and Softball League, which engages over 600 youth across Chicago’s South Side.
