Whitney Smith serves as CEO of Schreiber Philanthropy, focused on supporting economic mobility and well-being in the Chicagoland region. Her past roles include Executive Vice President of Programs at The Joyce Foundation where she oversaw efforts to advance racial equity and economic mobility in the Great Lakes region; and Head of Regional Philanthropy for North America at JPMorgan Chase, which focused on workforce readiness, small business development, neighborhood development, and consumer financial health policy and practice. Whitney serves on a variety of nonprofit boards and advisory groups and holds a bachelor's degree from Bowdoin College and a master's degree from the Crown School at the University of Chicago.
