Linda K. Greene is a co-founding principal of Lucas Greene Associates, L.L.C., a professional services firm, which assists clients in the development, design, construction, and rehabilitation of residential, commercial, and institutional properties. Ms. Greene has substantial experience in real estate development and has successfully secured private and public financing for more than 930 units of housing and 130,000 square feet of commercial space valued in excess of $70 million dollars.
