Traci joined Enterprise Community Partners in January 2022 as the Director of the Chicago Market. Prior to Enterprise, Sanders most recently served as Deputy Director for Strategic Planning & Reporting at the Illinois Housing Development Authority (IHDA), where she supported urban planning and policy research activities. As an urban planning and policy professional, she has spent nearly 15 years building a planning career that represents her values; the pursuit of social justice, and a commitment to building safe, healthy, and sustainable communities.
