Molly Baltman-Leonard serves as Program Director of Strong Families at the Richard L. Duchossois Foundation. With expertise in private and corporate philanthropy over the last 15+ years, Molly has created new economic opportunity programmatic investment strategies, launched funder collaboratives, and developed new ways of using philanthropic tools to reduce capital access barriers. Molly most recently served as Vice President, Global Philanthropy at JPMorganChase to advance inclusive growth, and as Economic Opportunity Program Director at the Robert R. McCormick Foundation, advancing racial, ethnic, and economic equity by partnering with communities to increase community investment. Molly is Center for Community Investment Fulcrum Foundation Alumna, with over two decades of experience in the social impact sector touching a wide range of non-profit and government institutions. Born and raised in Detroit, Molly attended Michigan State University and Macomb Community College before attending the University of Chicago where she received an A.M. in Social Policy and Administration.
